Not adjustable rear axle.
If steering wheel is straight and the car drives ok without strong pull to either side, tyres has even wear no need to worry about wheel alignment.
Toyota cars has rock solid suspension, unless involved in accident, or hit something like a deep pothole, kerb etc no need to do periodic alignment.
Also avoid going to any tyre shops including Toyota dealers  as often they will mess up your steering wheel centre point and they will make it off set while driving in a straight line. ,

why a 4 wheel alignment, you have more data points to work from than just aligning the front with the rears, if the rears are out it will throw the front out. the rear hubs can be shimmed for camber and toe by up to 3º

also, you can set up the car and tune the suspension with Ballast to account for the driver or fuel

some cars require the car to have ballast in them to do any form of alignment and your not doing that with a ball of string and a stick of chalk
