high fuel consumption

Hi There, , I would appreciate it if someone could advise me on what the problem might be, where I should go: Hiace, 2004, 2.5d4d, 360 000 km My consumption was about 18 liters/100 km.... - The engine oil level has not risen, there is no diesel smell in the oil - no visible fuel leaks, engine is dry - doesn't smoke... If I need to engine diagnostic, what brand/machine is recommended? Thanks again
