After taking delivery of a new Excel built in June , I checked tyre pressures which are all at 39 psi as set by the dealership.

I would like to reduce pressures to the lower recommended setting, but just cannot find the TPMS in the dashboard settings or a switch!

would be grateful for any info on where to find this setting etc.

Thanks in advance.

(there isn't a physical reset button on the 2024 models)

I would also suggest to get the tyres a few PSI below the recommended then set the TPMS to that pressure. Once that is set to that pressure blow them up to the recommended pressure. I have found the TPMS is very sensitive to temp changes in the atmosphere so on cold mornings it will complain they have dropped in PSI which is technically correct but frustrating as it is literally 2 PSI which is to me just a variation nothing I need to be warned about.

Depends what model you have. My 24 Excel allows you to select from a short list of ‘alarm trigger’ pressures (so no need to add more air to the tyres after setting the system, as you simply select a trigger pressure a few psi below what you’ve got in the tyre).
