Has anyone had any problems with Bluetooth on a Corolla MY23

When I receive a call in the car I hear the phone ring but if I answer I don't hear the voice of the person who called me in the car Speakers, the music from the radio continues that normally should be silent.

This problem has existed from beginning and I was waiting for the first service to try to do a software update as suggested by Toyota.

It seems to be a bluetooth protocol coupling problem, even after a Toyota bluetooth software update, continues to not work correctly.

Doing some research I saw that someone had the same problem and solved it by turning the phone off and on again in the car, I tried it and it works but after turning the car off and on again the problem back.

I would also like to point out that I previously owned a Toyota Corolla MY 19 and had no problems with the same phone.
