Hello all, I am a newbie paseo owner

I have a 96 st bought it about 4 mths ago, glad to see im not alone and found this forum. seein your motors has made me want to improve mine  .

I am buying some alloys, the fitment i found for paseo is, pcd 4stud X100, offset 35...38mm and C/bore of 54mm. on this fitment guide http://www.alloyboy.com/default.htm?page=601 it says that civics, crx's rover 200's,25's etc have exactly same fitment except centerbore of 56mm would these fit on?

I'm gonna get some 17/40/205 rims off eBay or out of the paper in two weeks , how much could i drop I seen some dropped 40mm with no problems, would 60mm be possible without too much messin around.

after buyin the wheels I'm gonna be skint, has anyone cut down/paid a garage to cut the springs or do any others fit (starlet yaris corolla?) soI can get some second hand jobbies,

any advice appriciated

cheers

tbh, 40mil drop looks just fine on 17s... im pretty sure you'll have to roll the arches if you want to drop it any lower...

as above, dont cut the springs.... you can get a set of spax or pi springs for circa £100...

Yeah welcome to the site, but never, ever cut down springs
