Online owner's manual not available

I've just bought a year-old Corolla Touring Sports. Inside the front cover of the printed User Guide it states

The main owner's and navigation manuals can be found at https://www.toyota-europe.com.

No they can't! If you navigate to https://www.toyota-europe.com/customer/manuals all you get is the continuously spinning icon that means that the page cannot load. It has now been spinning for about 24 hours, so I think we can conclude there is a problem with the website.

I also went to https://www.toyota.co.uk/customer/manuals. Same problem.

Has anyone else come across this issue? Is there anywhere else I can download these manuals?

It will be a Toyota IT issue as I'm getting the same response at the moment - it just means someone needs to stick 50 pence in the meter.
