“Privacy Mode is Disabled”

I recently needed to re-pair my iPhone to my (9”) Smart connect unit and recreate the profile.  Now I keep seeing the warning message about privacy mode on each startup.  I remember (vaguely) seeing this in the first few weeks but not for some time.  How to I disable this message ?
This time I did link my profile to the car key, previously I think it was linked to the phone.

Yes, I’ve looked on Google but I don’t want to ENABLE Privacy Mode, just Disable Privacy Mode and disable the warning. Both of which I had previously.  I’m starting to suspect it’s because the profile is linked to car key whereas previously it was the phone.

Privacy mode is a toggle in the app - enabling and disabling is the same screen

Yes, I know, but as I’ve already said I want to have Privacy mode ENABLED BUT disable the warning message each time.

That’s how things appeared up to last week.

If you aren’t seeing it on your new Yaris then presumably you’ve chosen to enable Privacy Mode so your data isn’t tracked ?  Presumably also, your journeys aren’t appearing in the app etc. ?

The screen above is my setting - Privacy Mode Off - and tracking and journeys are being recorded. Can't add anything to that.  I don't get the message you are.

Yes, that’s correct.  Privacy mode is OFF so data IS being collected giving you trips, location etc. BUT you aren’t getting the warning !  Why ?
Could I ask if your profile is linked to the car key or your phone ?

Are you definitely being logged in? Because I think you either get a pop up saying you are logged in or if not you get the privacy notice.

Yes, definitely logged in.  Profile shows as <my name> and linked device “car key”.
