Android auto Radio for Auris 2018 opinions

I have a 2018 Auris with Touch2 but this radio is very basic and does not have Android Auto, what do you think of this Android radio option from Aliexpress, it seems to be of good quality, what do you think? radio model H5

I saw that there are some modules to transform into Android Auto but the quality is very bad

I will probably retrofit Touch 3, there is a guy in my country that makes this kind of conversion.

I wouldn't go with these from Aliexpress because they are extra slow. Read reviews before buying should you decide to. And some of them require extra plastic cover which sometimes doesn't come together with the radio. I'd go with wireless Carplay that adds android auto to our Touch2 without changing anything.
