VIN number

Please help me to find it.

Pre 1980 do not need a VIN legally but be careful before you contact the Welsh about it because if you do not provide proof of age it will get a 'Q' plate and never qualify for free tax and mot exemption. Once that mistake is made it is very difficult to change it.
