Just had the M.O.T passed on everything but emissions, :ffs:

need to get a new LAMBDA SENSOR,

R they universal or do i need to go to toyota can anybody help me get one?

There are some universal ones. Is yours a single wire one? I can provide a secondhand Sera one if required. Should work OK.

The OE part is either NGK or NipponDenso (Denso). ON my old car I used a Bosch sensor and they are all much of a muchness so a trip down your local motor factors and they should sort you out.

Try a breakers yard. dunno if u can get uni fit ones

You should be able to pick up a universal fit one for around 40-50 quid

Very rare toyota lambda sensors fail though, you could always try some forte treatment then give the car a good ragging to get the sensor hot enough, mine failed emissions first time, stuck some injector cleaner in and got the sensor hot enough and it flew through Make sure theres no leaks in your joints on the exhaust system aswell as this can affect the reading

Give APD in bath a ring, they'll sort you out and it'll cost less than £150 with a proper NGK one.
