Hi, as I’m new to the Yaris cross a couple of probably pointless questions. 
are there any features I don’t have ie: remote start that can be activated by the dealership? 
Should the 2023 Design have auto folding mirrors? Thanks

I think remote start is only for excel trims and up.
Regarding the folding mirrors. As basic no, it's not auto folding. It's available with the safety pack

Some additional ‘hidden’ features can be accessed using a Carista dongle plugged into the OBD port (and corresponding app on your mobile).
