it depends on what you are going to use it for

Laptop(with extra touch screen)

Tablet PC (lighter than laptop, some are touchscreen)

OQO(smallest with touch screen, out late 2004)

ITX (custom build your own)

easiest option is laptop+touchscreen

MillzE, yeah they do sell USB ones, the USB or COM is used to send data back to the PC

some ITX can use upto 210W, how long will that last on the car Battery?
