Help - how do I fix my camera?

Hello - new Toyota Yaris owner here (and new car owner full stop) ! Bought the car recently (2014 Hybrid 1.4 model) and my reverse camera has suddenly gone blurry with a weird curved line in the image. There was heavy rain and flooding the past few days so don’t know if it’s related to this? I was away so hadn’t driven the car in a week and when I turned it on today and went to reverse I noticed the camera. I’ve wiped it with a microfibre cloth to see if it was something on the camera but it isn’t. Does anyone have any advice ? Is this the kind of thing I can ring up my local Toyota to ask about or will they charge me to do so?
