2010 Yaris D4D Idle Issue

Hi I have an issue with a 2010 Yaris 1.4 D4D I have just purchased When starting the car from cold, it starts up fine , but after about 10-15 seconds on idle, the idle drops as if the car wants to stall, but it doesnt stall and revs fluctuate slightly up and down. I can touch the acclerator pedal slightly and it sorts itself out, or i can just rev it and it goes away Fuel filter replaced by previous owner 6 months ago. I have cleaned out the EGR valve and throttle/butterfly. No EML. Car runs smooth otherwise. Has 122000 miles on it I have filled up with Shell fuel Any ideas?
