Status unknown (maintenance required) new car

Hiya

Got new CHR where MYT app does show correct update time, can auto start climate control etc but I can't for the life of me get status to change to what my rav4 shows.

Basically it shows status unknown and maintenance required as well so just unsure if its linked. 

Any idea if it's new car situation or I need to get dealer to fix.

it's mytoyota app the correct one.....  I was hoping it did say myt for a second :-(

im convinced its to do with this maintenance required status within the app !

Have you tried removing it (the car - from the app) and then re-adding it using the QR code on the screen (using the app)?

Yeah didn't work what did work was to send message within support section of app.  Within 4 hours they had updated it remotely and fixed it.
