Hi. I am new to this. Does any body know how to convert original head unit to english please ?

It will be designed for the Japanese Domestic Market. Most replace the head unit for a European market model.

Yes, the older units cannot be changed to the English language. If your vehicle is a fairly new one, then there might be a possibility to do so.

Hi. Thanks both. I will be collecting it soon. It's a 2012 g spec hybrid with 47k miles. I am also worried about it being hybrid as I will be driving abroad with it. Are they reliable ? Thanks
