TNS350 Help!

Hi everyone, hope all are well. Bit of a longshot, but I disconnected the tns350 to see whether it was possible to get a replacement touch screen digitizer. Firstly, I cannot seem to find a replacement the correct size. Does anyone have any possible ideas or sources? Secondly, as a result of disconnecting the unit, I now cannot seem to start my tns350, as it says to consult to a dealer. Could anyone help with the loading files for the tns350? Would very much be appreciated!
