What car reliability survey

Latest edition of what car has toyota as slipping to fifth place in the manufacture rankings as per owner reports - wonder if this may be linked to the Battery issues?

Maybe, although it was only something like 6% reporting reliability issues with the Mk4 last year.

I see the AygoX got a 100% reliability rating though!

Indeed and lexus also came out very well, same tech? Different reliability

The RAV was second again at 98% reliability. I have to say my RRAV PHEV has been disappointing with multiple sunroof failures (albeit the dealers ham fisted repairs didn’t help) and erratic sat nav and phone connectivity.

How do these surveys get anything correct?  The moaning by owners can be very dubious, some faults could asily be down to carelessness and ineptitude on the part of owners, and are usually a very small percentage of total vehicles sold.  Anyone got a pinch of salt?

Exactly. If you want the least qualified opinion you could possibly get on the engineering standards and durability of a vehicle, look no further than the first owner. And I say that as a first owner of my last 3 cars.

I always have a 5kg bag of it at the side of my chair, it needs renewing frequently.
