Battery range on App

Does anyone know? Please!  The app displays a mileage range for the Toyota bz4x on the first screen, but upon tapping the Battery symbol, an additional range emerges on the inside. These are distinct figures; therefore, which range should be considered the actual range?

The range on the first screen is the range with full a/c on which is also shown on the second screen. The higher range on the second screen is the range with no a/c on. These ranges are estimates.

Thanks for responding! For my apps, the first and second screens have different figures, and the second screen has both figures diecasting much higher than the first.
