Rear hatch pegs for attaching parcel shelf string

Do all early Hybrids have them, there is some plastic trim but hard to judge the length of it or whether some of it has been snapped off and that had the required pegs on it. Thanks all. Note this still of a 2012 car in a video. Is there a black toggle visible.
