GRS PHEV... Anyone managed to precondition?

Tried the My Toyota App and although I can lock and unlock, the preconditioning sits there twirling a circle and doesn't do anything.

Tried scheduling through the App and nada.

Tried scheduling it on the car no App. Nada.

Weird.

Not tried via remote fob as I forgot you can do it this way.

Mine works but there are days when it just sits and thinks! I tend to walk to the window and press the A/C button on the key fob, job done.

Pretty reliably even with the MyT app way of doing it.

On my Yaris Cross I tried the pre-conditioning unsuccessfully until I realised that I had to tick the warning box in the app?

Maybe I've been missing that Colin. I need to check tonight.
