The window open and close function on the key fob does have it's up and down moments, pardon the pun, it is a function I don't care for much on cars, I always have my keys in my pocket but unknown to me while sitting watching TV the keys had pressed the fob button, it was chucking down outside and if it wasn't for the paper boy knocking on our door the car would have been full of water, the interior was wet through and unfortunately it had opened the sun roof as well.

One of my mechanic friends owned a Mercedes that would shut any open windows plus sunroof if they where left open & the rain sensor detected rain.

Not a tip as such, more of an observation…now it’s dark earlier in the day I’ve realised how clever the auto high-beam is on my CH-R - it’s a significant step forward from my previous Lexus.

How on earth the science/technology works for the lights to be ‘on full beam’ but directed away from other cars is beyond me - I call witchcraft - but however it’s done I love it!

All grades have Automatic High Beam (AHB). The 'witchcraft' comes with the Adaptive High-beam System (AHS) which is fitted to the Excel and Premier Edition ...

As @philip42hnotes, having now looked at the specification list, the cleverness / witchcraft is down to the ‘AHS’ which isn’t standard across the range.
