Toyota Yaris particle filter issues

Hello guys

 

im not sure if this is the correct place to put my question but I have issue with this car(Toyota Yaris 2012) and we have done everything to fix it without results.

 

it shows the common error P2463 error with Particle filter restriction soot accumulation. 
 

we have checked the car for different measures/readings.

 

particlefiltwr matter accumulation is 152% (it went from 2 to 152% in few secs. So I assume something with that is wrong, 

 

the dpf pressure sensor is on 2.5 kpa

 

exhaust bank 1 is 100C and bank 2 is 90 degrees. 
 

im not sure what to look for. I have I feeling the car doesn’t heat up enough to (500-600C) therefore it doesn’t regenerate. 
 

also side question: which sensor measure the soot accumulation?
