Ok I know a few posts from me now,  but I'm a new owner and you folk seem very responsive 🙂 So first car ever with stop start. Initially I had it switched off whilst I got use to driving my new car. One problem or maybe a good thing is the car is very quiet when idling. Anyway I get if I come to a stop at trafic lights etc put handbreak on, take it out of gear, remove my foot from all the pedals it stops. Great this works good. Putting clutch in again to put into gear and it starts, fine.
