my c charger port fell loose behind under the Aircon controls and can't get to it to put it back in place any ideas?

Have you considered taking it back to the Dealer to have it repaired under warranty. As you didn't mention why it ended up behind the A/C controls, it sounds like it may be a faulty component.

I’d just take it back to the dealer to have a look/repair - I’ve used mine a few times with a USB stick for music and never had an issue. My wife uses the one in the rear to charge her phone and no issues with that either.
