Steering Wheel with radio control - Retrofit on XP10 Yaris

Hello everyone

Got a great looking (effectively as new) steering wheel with the buttons / controls for the radio from a scrapyard 

I wonder if this will fit my Yaris 2004 and what else would i need to change? 
Certainly the slip ring, since i've opened things up to check and there's only one PIN on it (for the ground of the airbag or for the horn, i suppose)

I have buttons from factory (Luna?), but previous owner changed radio to another cheap one

but if something is needed, I can take a look (well, if I don't have to disassemble half of the panel))

Thanks for the effort, but we would need someone that didn't have buttons from factory and retrofitted such a wheel 🙂

Did it work with just changing wheel & slip ring? Or did it need additional parts as well - that's the question here
