Advancing Cam Timing On Stock Cams

well had a little prob on tuesday, HKS pully bolts on the exhaust cam shaft slipped, advanced the timing 6deg...

so damn fast, little hesitant and rought low down but it when like **** of a shovel right round to 7000rpm :!Removed!:

Millway sent a mechanic up to oxford for me to sort it out, no damage done, but i can't wait now to get it setup on the r/r with advanced timing.

Any one know what gains can be expected??

p.s. this was effectivly like a controlled cambelt snap as in valves were in very different places to where they are supposed to be and no interference :)
