Glow plugs on Town Ace

Hello hello. This is my first post ever. I have a 2000 Town Ace truck CM85. It's engine is a 3C-E.

My issue is that it repeatedly burns out all four glow plugs. Their tips are totally fried. The relay appears to be working - when the key is in the accessory position, the glow plugs get 12 volts, when the relay clicks off, they receive no power. Seems right. But are they turning on while the engine is running? Is there a temperature sensor that overrides the relay to prevent this? Does anyone know where I could find a wiring diagram for my truck?
