Webasto - EasyStart Remote+ problem

Hello.

 

Now when the winter is coming it would be nice to have the webasto working. It works in the car by the button but with the remote, no.

 

The problem is - the remote controller has been out of Battery for 2 months approx, now when i changed it only says "Error" and sometimes show the out of Battery symbol. I have tried 3 diffrent batteries brand new from the store.

 

What can the problem be?
