Engine Jerking and Making Noise

My Toyota Auris Hybrid 2010 engine jerking when temperature rise to the normal middle on the dashboard without overheating, so once the temperature rises to the normal middle the car starts jerking and engine makes noise. Please, I need advice what could be the cause.

You need to get the car checked by mechanic who understands hybrids. 
Egr system cleaning it’s the most common thing on these cars that can cause engine noises. Try to record the noise too and share. 
If you continue  to drive like that you can get yourself into bigger problems and expensive repairs.
