MyT - Registering multimedia device

Hi,

I have recently purchased a used 2018 CH-R and I am unable to register the multimedia device. It is equipped with Touch 2 (not GO version). I have tried to follow the instructions on Toyota webpage, but I do not seem to have the same options. When I try to register the device through MyT application I get error message: “An error occurred, please try again later”. I have tried to clear cache, remove the VIN and reinstall the app, but nothing helped  

I have successfully added my phone through bluetooth though with no issues. 
 

I would appreciate any advice!

Have you tried the MyToyota app. I believe the MyT app was phased out last year

@Big_D Not for the 2018 models. 2018 models have not been integrated to the new app yet as far as I know.
