LC150 2016 Prado heater display can't turn off.

Hello, On my prado, the other day I noticed the heater is not working correctly. It blows on the last settings it was on. Passenger 19.5c Drivers side 23c Duel button light on, won't turn off. The heater knobs turn but do not change the heater settings Fan speed up and down don't work, setting is stuck on 2 The Off button won't turn off the heater. Heater works The same with the back seat heater system. Any ideas about the problem. Kind regards Ian
