Hi all,

I think the previous owner of my little 2021 Aygo x-play wore a lot of jewellery or nails and they have scratched the driver's door card. It's not awful but I was hoping I could improve the appearance a bit. Picture below. It's mostly the little square piece that hides the door card screw and a bit on the arm rest part. I guess I could replace the whole door card but it's really not bad enough for that. I saw some people using heat guns to resurface the scratched part but I'm scared this will make the plastic shiny and unmatched and the chances of me messing it up are high. What about a smart eraser? Would that help?

The part that hides the screws is a separate piece that could be bought, that would solve 50% of the problem?

Yep that's definitely an option! Any idea what that piece is called? I bet it's not sold separately but I might be able to get one from a breaker if I knew what I was searching for.

I was in the car (it’s a 108, but basically same car), so hopefully the numbers might help.

Thanks so much that's really kind. I can see the part number and it matches what I found here too. Now just to track one down! It's called a 'front door trim cover'
