Stumble when warm 2000rpm to 3000rpm power loss

So I have a 2010 d4d avensis estate its developed a miss when its warm only at 2000 to 3000 rpm and even that's kind of intermittent but there is a power loss 

I've cleaned the egr and the associated pipework I've changed the fuel filter 

I'm wondering if it could be a fuel pressure sensor issue as it runs like a champ when it's cold or warming up but as soon as it comes to temp falls on its face
