No but I think I'm going to get one. I want all doors and windows and moon roof to open or close with a long press of the fob. Tried to get the dealer to sort it on the last car but they never did it.

What is Carista? Some sort of coffee barista for cars?

I have used Carista and changed some settings on my RAV4. It worked with BT ELM27 OBD adapter from Aliexpress.

Just looking I couldn't see long press on fob to open all windows AND sunroof. And same to close. This is probably the only thing worth changing for me.

Just maybe, that's why the dealer didn't sort it for you last time? 😉 

Either way, that's what Carista claims to be able to do. For anything more you'd be looking to Techstream I guess.

Its an app that connects via Elm327 bluetooth obd

Carista obd 2 adapters are one of the very best available. 
They can work with both android and iOS phones. 
All these hidden settings regarding lights, beeps, warnings, pretty much all customisations are supported and if some aren’t the team is constantly worked and updating the app. Also this adapter can be used with other apps. 
With Carista own app you can see live data, scan and delete faults, check Battery voltage, hybrid Battery cells etc. for a diy work is perfect. 
I used this for finder speed sensor faults twice, and hybrid system malfunction, all sorted without need to busy dealer. All that said is on Auris hybrid and your latest rav4 might not be fully supported yet, but if not happy you can always return it. Buy only from Amazon. 👌
