Im a bit confused, from time to time(on cold mornings) i get tire pressure alerts, but never have seen actual values shown.

Is it supposed to be like that? only alerts and no pressure value?

also seems weird that i pump tires to spec (2.3bar) and after a week get alert on cold morning when tire have lost something like 0.2bar only.

this happens randomly on all 4 wheels. calibration issue or toyota realy wants pressure to be within tight spec ?

On my 2020 it only gives an alert, no specific pressure or wheel mentioned, but later models may be different.

It's due to the cold weather causing the pressure to drop. What I do is slightly underinflate the tyres, reset the pressure on the TPM, then inflate the tyres up to the correct pressures. That way I'm in effect building a greater pressure tolerance into the TPM. You can basically set the warning at any pressure you like by doing that.

Go into the dashboard menu. It's on one of the sub-menus. Possibly 'vehicle settings'. You might need to have the car in Ready Mode to see it..or it maybe hidden when you're not in Ready Mode.

Keep them slightly higher pressure 2.35 bar instead and only check and adjust on cold before driving off and before the sun sees the car.

Its under 'How to initialize the tire pressure warning system' in the owners manual

You can read the individual tyre pressures on the dash on the 23+ facelift models - go into dash settings and change one of the dial options to show tyre pressures in the middle.

Unfortunately there's a bug, so it won't keep the tyre pressure display showing. It has to be manually selected whenever you want to see it.

It's quite accurate, agrees to my two tyre gauges.
