Gen 2 PIP - free tracker from Mr T

Been a while since posting but just dropped my 2017 plugin prius into MrT for an MOT and been told it qualifies for a free tracker installation and 3 year subscription.

They are going to give me more information after the MOT when i get the car back...

Hi Alan,

I’ve got a 2016 Prius Excel. Do you know if it’s just the plugin Prius or is the standard hybrid version I have, also included? Please keep us posted.

I did a search about it and there is a similar post in the C-HR forum.

MrT said it was being offered across many Toyota models and mine was included.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

I’ve just done a search on the net & there is some information from Toyota about upgrading car security but to check if my car is included I need to contact my dealer. I’ve just done that but they have said that nothing is showing up for my Prius.

They are however looking into it & are going to contact me if there is a complimentary security upgrade available. If I don’t hear from them I shall probably double check with another Toyota garage. Thanks again for your reply & please keep us posted,
