Starting errors

My toyota has a wierd problem.

Toyota yaris 2012 1.3 petrol.

Sometimes when stop and go has been on for a vieuw 2-3 min and i push the clutsh to restart the car from stop and go. It wont start. And after 3 times it starts up and i can drife like normal. And for about the girst 20 km the check engine light and the traction control light are on. Now the cruise control and other modes wont work anymore until after the these 2 lights are off. 

Today the same happined after i parked on a steep hill facing downwords. I was lucky i could level the car by rolling it downhill till level. And then it started with the lights on.

I had the feeling the engiene dident get fuel but i scanned the car with a obd2 scanner and it shows code p2112. 

It happined now 4 times and i was wondering if more people had the same problem and if its easy to fix.

Don't know what the code is, sometimes these things are related to 12v Battery problem?

I think the code refers to a throttle actuator fault/discrepancy, Dunno if anything here will help.
