Looking for some advice if I may.

My step daughter, who is away from home for a few days, called me earlier today. She has a 2016 AYGO X-Play. During a journey the Tyre Pressure Warning Light, Engine Management Light and Traction Control Light’s all illuminated together.

She pulled in to a filling station and checked the tyre pressures. All were slightly on the low side (approx. 26psi) so she inflated them to 33psi and tried to re-set the TPMS. It wouldn’t reset.

She assures me that the car is driving normally..

A quick google suggests a possible Oxygen Sensor?

She will be home in a day or two and I’ll attempt to see if I can read for fault codes.

Any suggestions?.

Thanks

Yes.  When Engine Management Light and Traction control both lit up, it can be the oxygen sensor.  (I've seen it twice).

However, I will still read the fault codes before jumping to the conclusion.

Yes we've all three lit - turned out to be the O2 sensor. Only happened once.

Another question if I may.

Step daughter is going to have to drive 50/60 miles home in the car as it is. Is she likely to get home without breaking down and if so will there be any long damage done?

As ever all replies gratefully received.

I shouldn't think so, if everything else is normal and the tyres are normal pressure etc.

She cut her visit short and came back to her moms today.
I’ve read a the codes and I’m getting PO139. I believe that is the post cat O2 sensor although if this could be confirmed I’d be very grateful.
Also if anyone one can point me in the direction of the part number.

As always many thanks

Further update. I cleared the code (p0139 & p0140) and drove the car for about 20 minutes and no dash warning lights. However step daughter was out today and has reported that the same dash lights have reappeared.

looks like I’ll be ordering a new Lambda sensor tomorrow!!

I’m guessing it’s a 22mm socket (O2 sensor removal tool)

Update. A new sensor seems to have cured it.

Thanks for all of the help and advice.
