Hello. We just acquired our Yaris Cross today and are trying to get our heads around the app side of things. We've created two profiles in the car (via the large media screen) however when it comes to phone apps it seems all the smart connection information (mileage, car functions, service history...etc) will only appear on one device.

Is there any way both our phones can show and access this information? Any sort of family account settings, perhaps? Thanks.

I have one profile because I don't see any benefit for having two. The same account is then configured on two devices. Works well 🙂 I'm getting notifications for both phones

If you have two profiles, only one is considered owner with full access.

It can be done but I borrowed my other Half's Yaris last week and happily setup my phone and profile. Set up all connected services. And then she reports she got a message saying it was removed. Now struggling to get it to recognise the connected services in her app.

So yes, seems possible but just be wary of activating the connected services on the second phone. Add as a device on the car and it will remember your settings. But without the connected services the app is limited.

Thanks, we've just done that and that does indeed seem to solve the issue. Partner and I got the same notifications.

It sounds like you took ownership of the car and so your other half now only has non-owner access with limited services. The OP started with that.

For full access you need to share the same profile (login details). Which the OP has now done.
