Arm rest for 4.5gen RAV?

Finding the arm rest in the door a little hard and low in height. Thinking about boosting it up by an inch or more with a softer material. Noticeable on long drives. Had an issue with my left knee on the hard overly wide central console but fixed it with a stick on spongy leather pad shaped exactly for that area on the RAV. Had a quick look but can't find anything. Anyone got something here or is it not an issue for you?
