Petcock coolant drain plug located

There's discussion about this elsewhere but no photos.

After much strife with plastic under trays I was unable to undo this apparent petcock to drain the coolant as I didn't have the correct tool.

It demands a 14mm hex.

I would rather undo a jubilee clip or tension clip of a drain pipe to the radiator but I can't access the lower one without major disconnecting other stuff.

Photos of the underside with petcock annotated, from the top, and of denso part numbers of the radiator.

Note my vehicle is left hand drive. Yours might be different. I've read there's a drain tap on the left as you face the radiator. My petcock is on the right.

For the life of me I cannot locate the apparent engine block second drain bolt/tap.

I'll re-attempt the job once I get a 14mm hex attachment.

It's hard to tell from the pics, but is that the bottom of the AC condenser you're looking at there rather than the cooling system radiator? That white plug looks quite like the plug used to access the desiccant for the AC receiver drier.
