Problem after map update

I'm from Lisbon-Portugal and I've had a RAV4 GrSport since February 2024. About 15 days ago, after checking on the e-Store that there was a map update:

Spring 2024 Speed Limits Database Update

I downloaded it, followed all the steps indicated to install it and ended up with a problem.

Whenever I enter a destination on the map, after a few minutes the screen goes off, there is no more radio and it starts to do successive reboots until it completely freezes, losing DCM connectivity:

When this happens, it only starts working again after turning the car off and on again. Alternatively, when the system start to reboot, press X (end of route) and everything returns to normal.

A friend of mine who has the same model has the same problem.

Anyone with the same problem? Any tips?

Not come across this but am resisting the need to update as I had problems on my last RAV. I have the GRS PHEV.
