This is a must watch from Harry's garage, he does a great analysis of the current situation in the UK plus whats around the corner ie Bio & Synthetic fuels. Some of the big hitters in motor manufacturing I'm sure Toyota are included, are predicting that globally only 30% will be EV'S when it all pans out.

Enjoy Harry's interesting take on all things auto. plus some nice motors in the background. Apologises should anyone have already viewed.

Is that 100% EV uptake the politicians would ‘like’ (force) us to have? Or what the actual consumer, driver want and will have and what the manufacturers forecast will happen? Whose ‘forecast’ would you trust….? It will be a first if politicians get it right. Remember how diesel was once the political saviour of the planet…. That ended well didn’t it?

Too sensible for a thick-headed UK government to understand.

I don't trust any of them. Only trust my own analysis and judgement 😉

Honestly I just want a 120 mile EV range and the rest on petrol at 60mpg. Not asking for much. And 450hp.

Don't we all ? Maybe the tank fuel will be 100% synthetic sooner than we think. IMO it's a great video & applaud Harry for raising the profile of hands on engineers, so often overlooked in the UK.

I feel the former currently have the ears of our leaders 😠.......Barry Wright, Lancashire.
