Recently Power Steering stopped due to slight drop in current from Battery.

Will this be  a re-occurring problem and am I able to put the Battery on trickle charge

Without  disconnecting it to avoid it happening repeatedly

it's the usual reply

once a Battery starts to discharge, it will degrade and lose its capacity, now we are coming into the colder and darker months batteries do get worked hard

replace the Battery before it leaves you walking - if it's a non-hybrid, get the alternator checked
