Built - 12/1998

Model - AE111R-AGFNKW

Japanese built cars can have a lot of differences in the brakes and transmission compared to other markets

Rings are part of the CV they use the driveshaft numbers for reference

RH 43410-20452 (old number 43410-20451 )

LH 43420-20283 (old number 43420-20282 )

CV's are the easier option, changing rings can be a pita if you can find them (Toyota don't list the rings)

Try Autodoc or onlinecarparts.  There are lots of other places who supply reluctors (ABS rings)  I would expect to pay no more that £15 for a new one.

They are the same company all part of the German car part mafia they often incorrectly cross-reference parts, as I said above Japanese built cars do use a lot of different parts compared to the UK/euro cars

rings are a pita to change as you need to get the old ones off then freeze the cv or heat the rings to fit them and hope they don't crack but that depends on what value you put on your time

I've always found that the old ones are a piece of cake to get off. Half the time they are split and can be taken off by hand.  If they're not split, they just tap off.

Putting the new ones on is just as simple, no freezing needed.  Just put them in a pot of boiling water for a minute and tap them into place with a rubber or leather mallet.
