Insurance Renewal quote

Time to renew my insurance  for my yaris cross excel 

It has gone up £130 for no reason so I've been shopping around online not much luck so I gave direct line a call refused to give me a quote   

Anyone no why

Just sayin’, my new 300h came down by about #80 which I presume is down to the Safety System 3.0.  I wonder if new Yaris’s have come down 🤷‍♂️

I got a small refund when I changed my insurance from my 22 excel to my new premier edition.
