I had, didn't work.

Certainly MY24 auto adjusts for daylight savings, something MY21 did not. I believe MY23 with the new media screen is when the functionality updated, so guessing your MY22 will also need manual adjustment to DST.

I can confirm that my MY23 Corolla has auto adjusted to daylight savings.

Looks like it's a problem with the older model. Not going to worry about it. Thanks for the replies.

My 2019 Corolla didn’t change but when I hit the daylight setting it changed straight away, we’ll see what happens in the spring. I think last spring it changed 2 days later.

On my 2019 the time is synchronized with gps so it is accurate all the time, but the summer/ winter time must be switched manually. Just click on the time and it will show you the menu where you can change it, no need to dig in the menu. It tooks 3 seconds.

Ok, but I don't understand why the sync is keeping the clock correct but it doesn't correct it when it's wrong after the summer / winter hour change?

I don’t understand it either, but I got used to it

Basically the GPS satellites cover the globe and don't know/care that we are in the UK and we change our clocks on certain dates, they just beam down a standard time signal across the world and it's up the software in each particular GPS device how it responds to that. So on many devices you'll find that the minutes and seconds are always spot on accurate, but the hour has to be set manually by the user. More sophisticated GPS devices are pre-programmed with the dates of all expected future daylight savings time adjustments for each time zone, so they'll automatically adjust the hour backwards and forwards as necessary when the clocks change.

Ok, thanks for the explanation.
