hi guys, this is mainly a post for Unity Jon but just good info!!

couldnt be bothered to order from Autostyle so spent a day calling around for a place in CT. Found One!!

its quite a small shop but have all the bodykits laid out on the floor. they have most of the stuff autostyle have, they either order from Autostyle or their suppliers cos very similar. managed to get myself front spoiler and rear apron for just R370, about 35 quid!!

TOYMOTA, managed to get your clear front indicator lenses, R180. can u do me a favour though cos they look massive, could you just measure the ones you have now, just the length so i know they are ok. had to buy a pair for myself and also a new steering wheel.

I got some clear rear lenses from Moags in Jan2002. They looked great ,but didn't fit perfect...still lying in my garage somewhere. Their prices are pretty good though.Do they do the lexus rear lights and for how much? I'm from Cape Town and my family and mates live only couple of minutes from Moags so I might get someone to check it out for me.

There's also a place called 'Racers Edge' (yeah yeah we've all seen the film LOL) in Belville just outside of Capetown, they do the same thing, buy in from all over including Autostyle and sell on. When i was there last time i was trying to talk him into getting a website up and running and selling to Europe.

Going back there in 9 weeks (and counting) so will nag him again.

yes racers edge, a couple of people told me about them, looked in the phone book and called their branch in Jo'burg but they said they didnt have one in cape town, thats when i went to Moags. but yes since heard they are close, oh well.

yes they do rear lexus lights, the only ones i saw were the ones that have the 3 red lights in the middle of them (worst description, but you have already taken some back because have sold them to others for 1095 set it think).

got some clear front indicator lenses aswell, just after some side skirts and rear spoiler now, trying to get them from a grey GTI, but shall see how far i get when i get back on tuesday.

is it ok if i want anything from here i could add to your shopping list plz? dunno if i will yet, just booking my space early. damn im going to miss this place (my dad lives in Durbanville by the way). Cheers mate, Chris

Hi Viperce.Hope u get the stuff your'e looking for Why didn't you get a Corolla Gti ??You would have had all of the bodykit on already mate :D .Durbanville is a nice suburb.I studied at the Stellenbosch uni on the Tygerberg campus and had a few mates from there. I bet the weather is getting nicer in Cape Town now .Wish I was there.

Cheers Antd4agze, yer wouldnt mind a bit more cash and some more room on the plane, but yer got more than i was expecting.

would have loved to get a GTI but there is one prob standing in my way, insurance. i know wat we all think of it so i wont say anything, but the only reason. would love one though.

Love this place too much, getting on the plane tomorrow, wish i could come back in 2 weeks time but not going to happen. rain for the next days planned but have had some nice weather.

nah that was a good description, but not sure where you get 1095 from LOL...

It has to be said that prices in SA have sky rocketed over the last year or so and also the exchange rate is gettig worse and worse for us foreigners :(

its R1095 for the set of those lights, not pounds lol.

put the indicators on yesterday and the steering wheel, its amazing what a difference the indicator lights make to the front of the car.

just need to spray the extensions b4 i put them on, btw, Unity, how do i put them on?? lol, cos i have no idea. Cheers, Chris
