Status unknown

Hi. Could anyone point me in the right direction on what I could do to resolve the "Status Unknown" of my Yaris in the MyToyota app? All services show as active in the Connected Services Centre. Maybe someone has had that issue and knows how to fix it. Thanks

How long have you had this problem? I occassionally get the 'Status Unknown' message, but if I check later in the day, or sometimes the day after, it gives me the correct information. I presume it is to do with the app' not connecting to ........ wherever it connects to! 😉

I have only had this car since yesterday. I connected it to the app with no issues, and all services are activated. Maybe I will try removing the car from the app and adding it again.
